What is Catalysis?: An outreach video to accompany the workshop described below. Designed for schools by Richard Kong. Collaboration with Borderpoint Films. Supported by the EPSRC and Imperial College London.
Curious Chemical Catalysis Workshop: An outreach project in which participants are taught about the fundamentals of catalysis and why it is important. They can make their own 'catalyst monster' (for example with strong-arms or laser eyes) to make and break bonds.
drawing climate change project: A project for schools, the community and scientists, capturing people's perceptions of climate change through drawings (with the SSCP DTP).
Joining the group...
We are always interested in hearing from potential new members and collaborators. Applications for funding can take some time so get in touch. Support is available for the preparation of funding applications. A number of schemes are available for all career stages.
